About WarrantyThe warranty covers necessary repairs or services for material, assembly, or manufacturing defects, provided it is verified that the failure occurred under correct conditions of use. The warranty is valid from the date of the invoice to the end customer, and it is mandatory to present the invoice to request product warranty. The warranty is void if misuse, incompetence, negligence, imprudence, improper storage, transportation, and loss of product parts, or disassembly are detected. It is essential that the product is sent to Pavei Tactical technical assistance (Brescia Arms Distributor) with all its parts, as the absence of any part will void the warranty.

Store Technical Assistance RequestThe request must be made by the store that sold the product to the customer, through the website assistencia.paveibrasil.com.br. On the website, a Technical Assistance Request Form will be displayed, where all fields are mandatory, including data from the retailer, the consumer, product data for analysis and assistance, and the submission of the copy of the invoice. The duly filled form will be automatically forwarded to the Pavei Tactical system, where it will be analyzed by the responsible department and replied with the necessary data for issuing the repair dispatch invoice along with the transport authorization.

What is defined as misuse?Bending the barrel while tilting, rust due to lack of maintenance, broken product components due to falls, improper transportation and/or storage, product with signs of screw tampering indicating product disassembly, loss of parts, among others.

Product steps when arriving at Technical AssistanceEvaluation: In this initial stage, the Pavei Tactical gunsmith checks the conditions in which the product is, and in this stage 01, it is identified whether the product defect is covered by the warranty or if the warranty is void. This identification is carried out through a physical evaluation, functional tests, and subsequently the preparation of the technical report containing all relevant information about the product being evaluated. 2. Valid warranty case: If it is found that the problem is due to manufacturing or assembly, as indicated above, repairs, replacements, and functional tests are immediately initiated until the product is perfect for use again. In this case, all shipping procedures, part or product replacement, and technical assistance are carried out at no cost to the customer, with full coverage by Pavei Tactical. 3. Void warranty case: If it is found that the problem was due to any of the factors described above that void the warranty, the technical report is prepared in the same way, explaining the non-coverage of the warranty, what was diagnosed, and what the solution would be. The solution for the problem presented by the product will be fully paid for by the customer, and it is at the customer's discretion to authorize the necessary repairs to the product. In this case, the cost of shipping and returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Technical Assistance RequestTo send the product for maintenance: the consumer should contact the store where they made the purchase with a copy of the invoice and a letter informing what the product defect is. The store will request technical assistance (as described below). After this, Pavei Tactical will issue the transport authorization, which will be covered by Pavei Tactical if the product is within the warranty, according to the rules above.
